Amendment to the Law on Slaughter

This entry is regarding my proposed amendment to the Danish law prohibiting religious slaughter, it is not yet fully elaborated on nor herein presented in various translations.

It is not my intention that this be applicable to former League of Nations' Mandates.

This was proposed to the Council of State on 23-2-16, obviously the members of the lower house of parliament do not know law, history or trade relations sufficiently.

It should be the decision of the landowning nobleman whether religious slaughter on his property be permitted for his guests (on temporary stay in the country) as diplomats and heads of state.

But the nobleman shall inform a potential Danish seller of livestock if the religious slaughter is intended on the nobleman's property, the seller has the right to decline to sell; with no mention being made of religious slaughter, it is presumed as according to the standard Danish regulations and thereby prosecutable if religious slaughter is pursued.
