My dear friend President Saddam Hussein passed away on December 30, 2006.
Owing to exigencies of warfare I trust you understand the demand that the Guardianship of the Jurist not be permitted in your kingdom.
Under such circumstance I find it acceptable that Ali Khamenei may live in peace in Iran.
I do not believe the usurpers should be meted out punishment via foreign ordnance, and I have nothing further to convey on that, it is a matter to leave to international agreement between the kingdom and my Iraqi comrades.
